AI Services Applied Architect / Outstaff (largest digital services provider)

We are looking for an Application/Solution Architect to join our product team. The Chief Architect sets the concept, and you are the master of details: service architecture (C4, integrations, DB, reliability, load).

Salary range: up to 600,000 ₽ gross.

Stack: Microservices, DDD, C4/UML/ADR, REST, Kafka/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, HighLoad.

Responsibilities: select solutions and design services/APIs/DBs, write ADRs, draw C4 diagrams (up to level 3), ensure fault tolerance and scalability, control development and consult the team.

Requirements: experience in microservices and HighLoad design, SQL/NoSQL (clustering, replication), Kafka/RabbitMQ, CI/CD.

Will be a plus: AI/ML, MLOps, GPU clusters, Python or Go, experience with government clients and import substitution.
