About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Manager to join our Cyprus team and take ownership of the local HR function. You will work closely with the HR Director and become a key partner for the business — driving HR operations, supporting team growth, and ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment. What You’ll Do

• Own and oversee the full employee lifecycle and HR operations in Cyprus
• Support and drive recruitment processes together with hiring managers
• Ensure smooth HR operations: documentation, HRIS, compliance
• Implement global HR initiatives (OKRs, performance cycles, engagement programs)
• Manage internal communications and contribute to a transparent, strong culture
• Organize team events, team buildings, and engagement activities
• Act as a trusted partner to managers, advising on and implementing HR policies and best practices
• Monitor HR metrics and continuously improve processes and employee experience

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5+ years of experience in HR (HR Manager / HR Generalist / HR Operations)
• Strong background in HR operations and/or recruitment / integration of HR procedures
• Knowledge of Cyprus labor law and immigration processes
• Experience with relocation, mobility, and business travel coordination (nice-to have)
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and process improvements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong stress resilience and a structured, project-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English (B2 must, C1 - nice to have) and fluent Russian is a plus
• Experience working in multicultural, cross-cultural environments is a plus
