VACANCY | Payment Specialist

📍 Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

ROX Group (RCA Bishkek) is looking for a Payment Specialist to work with internal and international payments of the group of companies.

Key Responsibilities: Preparation and execution of payments through banking systems. Verification of contracts, invoices, acceptance certificates, account details, and necessary approvals. Monitoring compliance of payments with approved budgets and internal procedures. Interaction with banks, treasury, and accounting departments. Monitoring payment status, reconciliation of bank statements, and maintenance of payment documentation. Ensuring correct document processing and compliance with established requirements.

Requirements: Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in payments, accounting, treasury, or financial control. Practical experience with Internet Banking and payment documentation. Knowledge of accounting and tax requirements of Kyrgyzstan, understanding of IFRS principles. Proficient in Excel and experience with accounting systems or ERP. Professional proficiency in Russian. Knowledge of English and experience with SAP will be an advantage.
