We are looking for an experienced and dedicated colleague who will immerse themselves in the processes of building the Bank's management reporting on the Digital Reporting Platform.
Our team specializes in solving complex integration challenges and implementing innovations.
Our core business product is E2E tracks with calculation views for the Bank's management reporting.
Tech stack: Greenplum, MS SQL, Python, Git, BitBucket, Jira, Confluence.
Responsibilities
- designing solution architecture (defining integration scenario, preparing architectural specification, approving the proposed solution).
- analyzing primary data, working through business requirements with Clients, maintaining documentation
- implementing E2E data delivery track (creating data loading flow into the Platform, data cleansing logic, storage structure, calculation procedures/business logic on Greenplum).
- configuring ETL flow orchestration (internal AirFlow analogue).
- developing data quality checks for both input data and output view results.
- testing implemented solutions, conducting UAT with Clients
- optimizing existing solutions (reducing load on KTS, T2M, etc.).
- adapting functionality to production process requirements.
- stabilizing and transferring the implemented solution to business support.
- using LLM GigaChat to solve text and numerical data processing tasks
- developing AI agents for automating internal business processes (IT support, development, analytics, maintenance)
Requirements
- possess higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines
- proficient in SQL (queries, stored procedures and functions, optimization)
- have experience working with DBMS (Greenplum/Teradata/Oracle/MS SQL), with classical machine learning methods (clustering, logistic regression)
- have successful experience in creating industrial AI agents
- understand DWH, ETL tools, operating principles, and capabilities of modern language models (LLM)
- possess experience in development management in BitBucket/Git, programming skills in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- understand banking principles
- ability to solve problems and work in a multitasking environment
- ability to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data
- share responsibility for estimating and meeting deadlines for your tasks.
