An online project in the Health & Fitness Physical Transformation niche is looking for a Head of Product who can simultaneously strengthen existing products and build new ones for an international audience. They are seeking someone with 3+ years of product experience who has gone through the full cycle – from idea to PMF (including successful and unsuccessful launches).

What's important:

• Experience in launching and developing digital products, including for foreign markets.
• Ability to identify promising markets, validate user problems, and make decisions based on data, not intuition.
• Experience working with product metrics, funnels, retention, unit economics, LTV, churn, and monetization.
• Systematically researching the market, competitors, and user behavior, ability to find insights and translate them into product solutions.
• Ability to quickly assess product economics, identify the riskiest assumptions, and test them with minimal resources.
• Comfortable working with development, design, and other teams.
• Not afraid of high uncertainty, capable of independently defining the direction and taking responsibility for results.
