We are creating an ecosystem that helps people better understand themselves, find support, work with their condition, and access modern self-discovery tools.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to help us develop the product, make data-driven decisions, and build a user experience that truly changes people's lives.
What you will do
- Develop the product strategy.
- Analyze user behavior and identify product growth points.
- Formulate and prioritize the product backlog.
- Develop CJMs and user scenarios.
- Generate and test product hypotheses based on analysis.
- Work on user registration, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback.
- Formulate technical specifications for designers and developers.
- Assign tasks to the team and oversee implementation until launch.
- Analyze the results of implemented changes.
- Study competitors and best global practices in mental health, AI, and subscription services.
- Participate in the development of the product's AI direction.
What is important to us
- Product Manager experience of 2+ years
- Experience in developing mobile or web products
- Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of product metrics: Retention; Conversion; Activation; Funnel Analysis; LTV; CAC; Churn.
- User interviewing skills.
- Ability to independently formulate and test hypotheses.
- Understanding of user behavior psychology.
- System thinking.
- Independence and initiative.
Will be a plus
- Experience in EdTech, HealthTech, Mental Health, or AI products.
- Experience with subscription models.
- Experience launching new product lines from scratch.
