What you'll do

• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests that drive key metrics like CR, ARPU, or D1 retention
• Own a growth stream (e.g. monetization, conversion, new funnels) — and take charge of prioritising and running experiments within it
• Dig into data with Amplitude or BI tools, spot opportunities, propose solutions
• Work closely with developers and designers to ship experiments end to end
• Join user interviews and connect behavior with insight

What we’re looking for

• You’ve run real experiments — from button tweaks to end-to-end journeys. You know how to design them well, when to simplify, and when to learn (not copy) from competitors.
• You care about speed and learning. If a test doesn’t work, you still walk away with insight.
• You can use Amplitude, spreadsheets, or dashboards without needing an analyst.
• You don’t wait to be told what to do. You come with ideas, questions, and action.
• You’ve worked in or want to work in a small, fast team where you do things yourself.
• You use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to move faster — but apply your own judgment on top.
• You’re curious about users and what makes them tick.
• You have real experience in at least one growth area — like CRO, monetization, onboarding, or funnel launches — and are ready to own it end to end.

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to run sharp experiments, own a high-impact product area, and move metrics that matter. You’ll get to work across monetization, onboarding, activation - and turn ideas into measurable results.

Fjor started with the Keto Diet App — a top-ranking iOS app in the US keto & low-carb space with $20M+ in sales, 5M installs, and 500K+ subscribers. As we scaled, we expanded beyond keto into broader health and nutrition plans, now brought together in our core app: Formula Care. It’s an AI-powered wellness companion designed to help people eat better, feel better, and stay on track — whatever their health goals.

We’re a very small team building a very successful business (think revenue most companies need 5x the headcount for).
