🚀 Growth Manager | Remote

Seeking a Growth Manager for a performance team focused on developing web-to-web subscription products in the Health / Weight Loss niche. This role is the owner of the entire funnel from click to payment: landing page → quiz → paywall → offer → payment → nurturing and repeat touchpoints.

We need someone responsible specifically for the conversion of the funnel and revenue at each stage.

What's important

🔹 3+ years of experience in Growth / Conversion / CRO / Performance 🔹 Experience with web-to-web / subscription products 🔹 Deep understanding of the funnel: landing → quiz → paywall → payment 🔹 Ability to work with CR / CVR / CPA / ARPU / LTV / Retention / Revenue metrics 🔹 Experience conducting A/B tests and systematic hypothesis testing 🔹 Experience with paywall, pricing, offers, trials, upsell / cross-sell 🔹 Ability to identify conversion drop-off points and translate data into concrete hypotheses 🔹 Experience working closely with UA, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams 🔹 Subscription products, Health / Fitness / Weight Loss experience is a big plus

What you will be doing

✅ Owning the entire web-to-web funnel from click to payment ✅ Analyzing conversion at each stage and identifying growth opportunities ✅ Formulating and prioritizing growth hypotheses ✅ Testing landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, pricing, offers, and payment mechanics ✅ Conducting and analyzing A/B tests ✅ Collaborating with UA and Creative teams to increase overall conversion and revenue ✅ Seeking growth opportunities not only in acquisition but also within the funnel itself ✅ Making data-driven decisions and directly influencing revenue / conversion / LTV

Important 🚫 This is not a buyer role – traffic acquisition is handled by a separate UA team. 🚫 This is not a Product Manager role, responsible for a specific screen or feature. We need a Growth funnel owner who sees the entire user journey and understands how changes at one step affect the overall product economics.
