Growth Product Manager — pdf.net, Variant Group
pdf.net launched in December 2024. We got 48k users in the first month and today it's 1M per month — and still growing. There's a lot left to unlock and improve performance across our funnels. Now we’re looking for a product manager to help our growth. You'll own landing pages, build viral loops, run experiments, and push new users from first click to first purchase.
Your north-star metrics:
conversion rates across landing pages and funnels, CPA.
Who We Are
We’re team Variant Group, we build B2C SaaS products that millions of people use every day: resume.co, resumetemplates.net & cv.co, contracts.net, pdf.net, and others.
We're fully remote, operating worldwide: USA, Spain, Germany, Serbia, Argentina, Thailand.
pdf.net is our fastest-growing product — and the one you'll be working on.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize landing pages, acquisition funnels, and viral loops to lift conversion to first purchase and lower CPA
- Ideate, launch, and analyse A/B tests on copy, creative, and onboarding flows — iterate fast based on data, not gut
- Monitor acquisition metrics daily, pinpoint funnel drop-offs, and prioritise quick-impact improvements
- Work closely with engineers and designers so they deeply understand user needs and can make informed product decisions
Qualities that we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in product, with a focus on growth or acquisition
- Proven track record improving conversion rates and lowering CPA
- Hands-on with A/B testing and analytics — Amplitude, Metabase, or similar
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on root-cause analysis
- Sharp eye for landing page design and UX that converts
- Strong copywriting skills — you can write landing page copy yourself, not just brief someone else. If you read this with your own eyes, start your cover letter with the word 'Funnel' and nitpick what's written in this section.
- Solid understanding of SEO and AI SEO — enough to make smart decisions and not break what's working
- Self-motivated and comfortable in remote/async environments
