We have 2 mobile apps and directions where you can launch products from scratch.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of product experience who has gone through the full cycle — from idea to a working product and PMF (with successful and unsuccessful launches).

We expect you to: – Be able to find the market, validate hypotheses, and make decisions based on metrics, funnels, and unit economics. – Understand how to work with user behavior and growth (funnels, retention), as well as product economics (LTV, churn, monetization). – Comfortably interact with development and cross-functional teams. – Possess strong skills in diagnosing problems and markets. See where to dig in conditions of uncertainty, don't jump to features before confirming the problem. Evaluate the market from the user's task perspective and from the industry perspective. – Systematically work with hypotheses. Formulate them based on user needs, build a ladder of experiments: from simple to complex, set clear verification criteria. – Be able to estimate unit economics on the fly, identify and test the riskiest assumptions within it.
