We are an early-stage Web2web startup. We build subscription web products using the model of proven market players: quiz funnel → paywall → subscription. There are many products and funnels, and we build each one from scratch.

We are looking for a Full-Stack/Tech Lead Engineer who will take on technical tasks and project ownership with the prospect of growth and building a team under themselves.

Stack: Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Claude Code.

Responsibilities:

• Core functionality: payment processing, subscriptions, analytics, CAPI, quiz-engine, A/B testing;
• Integration of payment providers and systems;
• Preparation for scaling: load testing, capacity migration;
• Hosting, deployment, third-party services;
• Bug fixes and technical support for the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial development experience, strong backend skills;
• Fast assembly using AI tools;
• Experience in product companies and startups;
• Ability to work with incomplete information: you set your own tasks and priorities.

Plus: Web2web stack: experience with Stripe, CAPI, analytics, and quiz funnels.
