🚀 We're hiring: Product Manager/Analyst — Analytics & ML with Russian language at Maestra.io

We’re looking for a senior individual contributor to own three critical areas: analytics, experimentation and ML-powered recommendations.

▫️What you’ll own:

— Merchant-facing analytics and the semantic layer — A/B testing methodology and statistical correctness — Product recommendations: evaluation, monitoring and improvement

You’ll work hands-on with SQL, Python, ML, Delta Lake / Trino / Spark and directly with the founder-CEO.

▫️What matters:

• Strong SQL • A/B testing and statistics fundamentals • Good judgment on modern ML: embeddings, vector similarity, LLM re-ranking • Experience talking to real users and turning their needs into shipped product • Russian + English (B2+), EU-based with overlap with US Eastern time

This is not a role with an existing analytics team or a mature system to maintain. You’ll define how a fast-growing product measures itself, evaluates experiments and earns merchants’ trust in its numbers.
