Community Manager (USA)

We're looking for a Community Manager (USA) for our gaming project (Minecraft-style) CRAFTIX 🎮

We are a small product team that, with heart and soul, is creating its own little Minecraft-style universe — without content limitations or boundaries, with mechanics unavailable in the original.

We are seeking a community manager who loves games, understands the audience, and is ready to develop the community. The priority GEO is the USA. Experience of 1+ year is preferred, but we are also considering candidates without experience if they have extensive playtime and an understanding of player needs.

Important: working within the US time zones is a key condition, as working with the local community requires an insider understanding of the market and time zones.

Your tasks: — Supporting an active community. — Building the community: attracting and engaging new players. — Manually conducting in-game events — to keep players satisfied.

What's important to us: → Understanding of the US gaming community and player behavior patterns. → Experience in conducting events (or strong ideas). → Creativity and proactivity. → Understanding of Minecraft or similar sandbox games. → Communication skills. → English from C1–C2. → Community experience of 1+ year or extensive playtime and audience understanding.
