🚀 About the vacancy

We are looking for a strong Graphic / Marketing Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Limassol.

Your main task is to create high-quality creatives for betting & casino campaigns: banners, landing pages, promo materials, social media visuals, CRM assets, and other marketing materials.

We need someone who understands working in a fast-paced marketing environment, where ⚡ speed, 🎯 effectiveness, ✨ quality, and 📌 consistency are equally important.

Experience in iGaming, betting, casino, affiliate, or performance marketing will be a big plus.

The designer will also oversee remote designers: assign tasks, review work, provide feedback, and control quality and deadlines.

🛠 Responsibilities

🎨 Creative Production

Creation of marketing creatives for betting & casino campaigns Design of banners, promo visuals, CRM assets, and social media materials Development of landing pages, pre-landers, and funnel visuals Creation of concepts for acquisition & retention campaigns Adaptation of creatives for different GEOs, languages, and audiences

👥 Supervision of Remote Designers

Control and review of remote designers' work Task assignment and communication of expectations Review and approval of final materials Control of quality, deadlines, and workflow

🤝 Team Collaboration

Work with Marketing, Media Buying, Affiliate, CRM, SMM & Content teams Transformation of marketing briefs into strong visual concepts Improvement of creatives based on performance data Maintenance of visual consistency across all marketing channels

✅ Requirements

💻 Experience and Skills

Experience as a Graphic / Marketing / Creative Designer Strong portfolio with marketing creatives and digital assets Experience in iGaming, betting, casino, affiliate, or performance marketing is welcome Advanced Figma + Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator skills Motion design skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro) will be a plus Understanding of performance creatives and digital advertising formats Strong AI skills for image/video generation

🌟 Soft Skills

Ability to work in a fast-moving environment Good communication & feedback skills Attention to detail and visual quality English for internal communication Understanding of conversion-driven marketing design

Experience creating creatives for Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram & Telegram Basic understanding of UX/UI for landing pages Motion design for ads, reels & promo videos Experience working with freelancers or remote teams Experience using AI tools in creative production
