Job Description: Collection and formalization of requirements from business and internal stakeholders (CPO, CTO, Product). Design and documentation of integrations: API contracts between services (catalog, payment gateway, authorization, BNPL/installment). Maintenance and updating of technical documentation: data schemas, service interaction diagrams, API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger). Task creation in backlog considering various user entry points and different owners of UI surfaces. Analysis and description of event tracking (Amplitude) together with product analytics: formation of a contract for events and their properties to prevent uncontrolled growth and desynchronization. Participation in migration design (NoSQL → Postgres, transition to Kafka as a unified message broker) from the perspective of impact on business processes and data. Work with PCI DSS requirements. Experience 4+ years of experience as a system business analyst in product development or integration projects. Experience working at the intersection of client and development in a structure with an external product owner / outsourcing / outstaffing / contractor. Understanding of the principles of formal separation of responsibilities between project participants. Technical Skills UML, BPMN — confident command of modeling notations or equivalents for describing processes and interactions. Understanding of microservices architecture, experience in describing and designing REST/HTTP API (OpenAPI/Swagger). Kafka — basic understanding of asynchronous message broker operation at the level of integration patterns, without the need for development. Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) at the ER modeling level. Familiarity with NoSQL databases will be a plus, considering the current migration. Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar stack for task creation and documentation. Kubernetes — understanding of operating principles at the level of how the platform affects product development and operation.
