Fullstack Developer at DataLens
DataLens is a data visualization and analysis service from Yandex Cloud. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced fullstack TypeScript developers. Tech stack: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Knex.js, React, Redux, Gravity UIKit, and other Gravity libraries. Part of the development is carried out in open repositories, as DataLens is also an open-source product.
Service Development We design and develop services on Node.js. For example, an API for creating chart screenshots, a system for organizing email distributions of dashboards, a public API, a system for asynchronous export and import of objects between DataLens installations, authentication and authorization systems, integration with third-party solutions. We also work with databases, so understanding PostgreSQL principles will be a good plus.
Interface Development This vacancy implies a greater focus on Node.js development, but we also design and develop UI tools for configuring connections, datasets, charts, and dashboards, for navigation and access rights management. Together with designers, we figure out how to make the UI functional and understandable.
Service Maintenance and Support We actively participate in supporting the infrastructure of our services, configure CI/CD processes, use Terraform and Kubernetes, scale and accelerate performance, monitor service stability.
Contributing to Cloud Frontend Technologies We contribute a lot to the shared frontend technologies for Yandex Cloud and to our open cloud ecosystem of components and libraries Gravity UI.
