Who we are looking for

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to help scale our backend on FastAPI + PostgreSQL, integrate AI models, and optimize performance for a growing user base and event ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of APIs on FastAPI
• Integration of external services (AI, payments, notifications, WebSockets)
• Performance optimization and system security assurance
• Working with PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS (SES, S3)
• Implementation of functionality for AI matching, analytics, and CRM modules
• Support for microservices architecture

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python
• Solid knowledge of FastAPI / Pydantic v2 / asynchronous architecture
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, GitHub
• Understanding of REST, WebSocket, Pub/Sub
• Bonus points for: experience with AWS, ML integration, OAuth (LinkedIn, Google), Celery / RQ
• English level: Upper-Intermediate and above
