What you will be doing
- Working in an outstaff format and regularly undergoing interviews with clients
- Being at the intersection of two worlds — our company and the client's team: quickly immersing yourself in the context, processes, and expectations from both sides
- Continuously developing expertise and staying on top of market requirements
- Preparing and conducting webinars, sharing knowledge with the team
What is important to us
- Commercial experience in Go development (1.18+) for at least 3 years (not internships/courses)
- Deep understanding of all language features, confident use of the standard library, adherence to common patterns
- Understanding of backend system architecture principles
- Confident work with SQL (queries, functions, migrations), understanding indexes, and experience in query optimization
- Experience in API integration and design (REST, gRPC)
- Teamwork experience: code review, git flow, working with requirements, task estimation
Will be a plus
- Experience in developing highload / distributed systems
- Experience with Docker, K8s, CI/CD, and production infrastructure
- Experience with auxiliary tools (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, and others)
- Ability to analyze performance bottlenecks (memory/CPU/DB)
- Knowledge of specific frameworks (Fiber, Echo, Gin)
- Experience in Fintech/Retail projects
