Direct response video editor

Hiring: Direct response video editor for a growing DTC brand.

I’m looking for someone who understands performance ads—not just captions, B-roll, and flashy transitions.

You should have real experience editing Meta ads for ecom brands and understand:

• Hooks / first 1–3 seconds • Retention and pacing • Visual-message congruence • Product demos • UGC and VO-led ads • Iterating winning creatives from performance data • Experience generating and using AI for necessary video assets

This is ongoing freelance work, paid per concept, with bonuses for ads that become winners.

Important: I’m not only looking for a portfolio of attractive ads. I need proof that ads you personally edited actually performed and received meaningful spend.

Send me:

• 2–3 ads you personally edited
• Redacted Ads Manager screenshots or short screen recordings showing the ad, spend, delivery period, and performance metrics where possible
• Your per-concept rate / hook-variation rate
• Your weekly capacity and time zone
