Key Tasks:

• Full recruitment cycle.
• Filling vacancies for Media Buying, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, Arbitrage, or Web3 teams.
• Candidate search through LinkedIn, Telegram, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other channels.
• Conducting interviews and supporting candidates until they start their employment.
• Interaction with hiring managers and participation in the development of recruitment processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience (Senior level).
• Mandatory successful experience in recruiting specialists in Media Buying or Web3 domains.
• Deep understanding of the Media Buying and/or Web3 market.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously independently.
• English language proficiency will be an advantage.
