Position: Senior Recruiter (Media Buying / Web3)
Work format: Remote, full-time.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a successful track record of hiring specialists for Media Buying or Web3 teams. We need someone who perfectly understands the specifics of these markets, knows where to find strong candidates, and can independently manage the full recruitment cycle.
Key Tasks:
- Full recruitment cycle.
- Filling vacancies for Media Buying, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, Arbitrage, or Web3 teams.
- Candidate search through LinkedIn, Telegram, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other channels.
- Conducting interviews and supporting candidates until they start their employment.
- Interaction with hiring managers and participation in the development of recruitment processes.
Who We Are Looking For:
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience (Senior level).
- Mandatory successful experience in recruiting specialists in Media Buying or Web3 domains.
- Deep understanding of the Media Buying and/or Web3 market.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously independently.
- English language proficiency will be an advantage.
