🎯 Responsibilities — Develops supply and production planning modules — Designs and implements components for calendar and production planning, and inventory optimization — Formalizes business tasks as mathematical optimization problems (LP, MILP)

🛠 Hard Skills Requirements — Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, complexity estimation by Big O — Python (Senior level) — OOP patterns and design of complex computational solutions — SQL and experience with PostgreSQL, Git — Unit and integration testing — Fundamentals of Linear Programming (LP) and Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) — Senior level industrial Python development experience — Experience in Operations Research, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) systems, logistics, or Supply Chain Management — Practical experience in building discrete and linear optimization models for real business problems

➕ Will be a plus — optimization tools: Pyomo, OR-Tools, PuLP, COIN-OR — solvers: Gurobi, CPLEX, SCIP, COPT, GLPK — mathematical statistics, discrete optimization methods, mathematical programming (LP, MILP, MIP) — C / C++ for optimizing critical computational nodes — experience in Unix-like systems, CI/CD principles — decomposition of large-scale optimization problems — Higher technical or mathematical education (applied mathematics, cybernetics, information technology) — Specialized courses in Discrete Optimization, Operations Research, or algorithms
