What needs to be done:
- Design load tests and develop realistic load profiles for business scenarios
- Conduct load testing
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks (CPU, memory, I/O, network, database queries)
- Prepare reports with clear metrics and optimization recommendations
- Manage test environments for load runs (configuration, data, monitoring)
- Automate load test execution in OverLoad
- Interact with development and architecture teams to resolve performance issues.
We expect from the candidate:
- Deep knowledge of load testing theory (load, stress, volume, spike, long-run)
- Experience with Jmeter
- Skill in working with PostgreSQL
- Experience in monitoring during runs (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
- Ability to read and interpret metrics from servers, networks, databases, and applications
- Proficiency in AI tools for analyzing load test logs and identifying anomalies.
