Head of Software Development at Integra City

Requirements: Higher technical education in software development or other related IT specializations. 5+ years of experience in development management (Team Lead / Head of Development / Engineering Manager). Experience in building the architecture of complex products from scratch (system and application software, embedded systems). Experience in implementing CI/CD and testing strategies. Experience in preparing technical documentation for software rights registration. Understanding of the software lifecycle (from pre-project work to maintenance). Design patterns, interaction protocols, authorization/authentication mechanisms, caching, load balancing. Ability to calculate resources (time, budget, team) and prepare feasibility studies for architectural solutions. Risk management skills (technical debt, scalability, vulnerabilities). Russian - native. English - B2 / C1 (required for interaction with international teams and documentation).
