Intern for the High-Load PPRB.KID System Development Team. Immerse yourself in real-world microservice development in Java and Spring Boot under the guidance of a mentor, with the prospect of growing into a confident Java developer.
Tasks:
- Write Java code under the guidance of a mentor, participating in the development of microservices on Spring Boot
- Develop and refine components of the E2E Forge pipeline
- Work with message queues (Apache Kafka) and relational DBMS (PostgreSQL)
- Cover code with tests (JUnit, integration tests) and participate in code reviews
- Participate in daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives
- Implement AI tools in the development process under the guidance of senior colleagues
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Java Core: syntax, OOP, collections, exceptions, I/O, multithreading
- Understanding of working with Apache Maven or Gradle
- Proficiency in Git: creating branches, commits, pull requests, basic branching strategies
- Skills in working in a professional development environment (IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse)
- Understanding of SQL basics (SELECT, JOIN, aggregate functions)
- Basic familiarity with JPA/Hibernate
- Basic skills in writing Unit tests using JUnit
- For full-time students in their final years or students of School 21 only
