1C Developer

Looking for a 1C developer to join the team 👨💻

Important point upfront: this is not a position for fixing bugs and closing tickets.

We are looking for a developer who is interested in creating new functionality and gradually bringing existing 1C solutions to a modern architecture.

What the work will involve:

• development of new functionality
• development of 1C:ERP and participation in the transition to a new system
• projects related to the implementation of AI
• refactoring and optimization of existing solutions
• work with BP, ZUP, and ERP
• optimization of queries and search for performance bottlenecks
• gradual shift away from legacy and custom-built solutions towards BSP and standard mechanisms

Stack: 1C:Enterprise 8.3, BSP, SKD, MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL, HTTP/Web Services, EnterpriseData/XDTO, Git, 1C:EDT.

What is truly important to us:

• 5+ years of commercial 1C development
• development experience, not just support and bug fixing
• experience with 1C:Accounting and ERP
• understanding of database operations
• fintech experience will be a big plus
• ability to independently understand a task and propose a solution

We are not looking for a unicorn: EDT can be learned, legacy migration experience is not a deal-breaker, and a specific DBMS is also not critical.

The scope is not small: 300+ users, several databases per developer, so we are particularly interested in people who have already dealt with performance issues and are not afraid to dive deeper into existing solutions.
