🐮 Korova Games is looking for a Game Designer

We are making Neat — a cozy isometric game about tidying up in the spirit of Unpacking. The player puts things in their places and turns chaos into beauty.

Project: The game has a publisher and a small community. We are looking for a game designer to help bring the game to release.

What to do:

• design levels and locations — from idea to playable space
• invent items, surfaces, and rules for their interaction
• create quests and win conditions, guide the player without direct hints
• adjust difficulty, pacing, and feel

We expect:

• game design experience and a strong portfolio
• understanding of what makes cozy games enjoyable
• ability to describe mechanics on paper and bring them to a playable state
• attention to detail and systems thinking
• basic Unity knowledge

Conditions:

• remote work, flexible schedule
• small team without bureaucracy
• we are guided by salary expectations for payment
