Casino Manager

Hi! We are looking for a Casino Manager for an iGaming product! We need a specialist who will take charge of the gaming direction development: manage the game portfolio, work with providers, analyze key metrics, and launch mechanics that influence product engagement, retention, and profitability.

Requirements: — 3+ years of experience in B2C iGaming, preferably in a similar or related position (Game Manager, Product Manager). — Deep product knowledge: excellent understanding of slot mechanics, table games, RNG principles, and casino metrics. — Analytical skills: ability to work with large volumes of data, extract insights from statistics, and make data-driven decisions. — Negotiation skills: ability to build and maintain effective relationships with game providers. — English language proficiency from B1 and above, as most providers and internal documentation are in English. ** Conditions: — A key role in the development of a modern product in the iGaming market. — Salary: fixed salary + bonus (discussed at the interview). — Full-time schedule, remote work from anywhere. — Direct interaction with C-level and fast decision-making.
