We are currently looking for a Casino Manager who will take over the management of the casino vertical and directly influence revenue growth and product development.

Responsibilities:

🎮 Provider Management

Interaction with 50+ providers (slots, live, instant)

Communication regarding new releases and cooperation terms

Setting up game availability by region

Optimization of the current portfolio

Working with leading market providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and others.

📊 Analytics and Optimization

Analysis of metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, game popularity)

Optimization of the casino lobby based on data

Competitor analysis

Identifying growth opportunities and high-yield games

🛠 Product Work

Participation in game integrations into the product

Setting up tournaments and promotional mechanics

Optimizing game usage for bonuses

Initiating improvements

🌟 What we expect from the candidate

3+ years of experience in B2C online casino (Casino Manager or Product Manager)

Mandatory experience working with providers or aggregators

Strong analytical skills

Understanding of casino product logic

Knowledge of the provider market and their commercial models

Will be a plus

Experience working with CIS, Europe, LATAM markets

Understanding of regional game specifics

Experience integrating new providers

Initiative and systematic approach
