About the team
Among Avito's key principles, we highlight the authenticity and quality of content on the platform: all terms of a deal stated in an advertisement must correspond to the actual terms under which the seller is willing to sell their goods. The main goal of the reputation system is to create comfortable and profitable conditions for honest and reliable sellers and, conversely, to complicate the working conditions for sellers whose behavior does not comply with Avito's rules and principles. We are looking for a strong analyst who, together with the product team, will analyze the problems faced by buyers across all categories and improve the quality of reputation calculation.

We expect you to
- Know and be able to apply mathematics and statistics in solving real-world problems.
- Have previously conducted A/B tests.
- Know SQL, have solved problems using Python.
- Have previously worked with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Redash, etc.
- Possess structure and critical thinking.
- Understand product metrics.
- Understand how data warehouses are structured and operate.
