Data Analyst for Avito Services Sales Team

About the team: We are looking for an analyst for the sales team of Avito Services. The main task is to increase sales efficiency and return on investment through data, experiments, and technological solutions. The position will suit an analyst who is interested not only in exploring data but also in bringing solutions to implementation, influencing business results.

Examples of future tasks: — identify growth points and evaluate the potential of the client base; — increase the efficiency of the acquisition team and implement new lead sources; — develop analytical rules for generating commercial offers; — create offers taking into account the contact policy; — design and independently conduct non-standard A/B tests; — apply ML models to find growth potential; — implement LLM mechanics in sales processes; — develop an approach to data-driven decision-making and help the team work with data.

We expect you to: — have at least 2 years of experience in data analytics; — know mathematics and statistics and be able to apply them to solve real-world problems; — understand how mathematical models and formulas affect business results; — be proficient in SQL, including: working with large datasets; writing complex queries; optimizing queries; creating analytical data marts; — be proficient in Python; — be able to clearly visualize data; — present research results and explain complex things in simple terms; — be able to negotiate with colleagues; — be able to independently bring a task to completion; — have used AI agents in work tasks or projects.
