ArtDock team is looking for a strong Lead Game Designer / Team Lead for our ambitious game projects. If you know how to not only create cool game worlds but also lead a development team to a great result, we are waiting for you!

📌 Main requirement: Possession of a passport or a valid Cyprus residence permit (with the right to work).

Tasks to be solved:

• Combine the roles of lead game designer and team lead of the team.
• Organize and control the daily operational processes of the studio and development.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial discipline.
• Participate in strategic planning for the studio's development and prepare reports for the CEO.
• Represent the interests of the studio at external meetings related to production and operations.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in similar positions for 5+ years.
• Team management skills, understanding of the full game production cycle.
• The working language in the studio is Russian, but English is required at a confident correspondence level (without a translator).
• Readiness to work hard for results together with a team of like-minded people.

• Format: Office in Cyprus only (Full-time).
