**Team Leader **
We are looking for a leader for whom people are the top priority. Your goal is to guide our engineering team, foster employees' professional growth, and maintain high work efficiency. You will become the link between stakeholders and engineers, manage workload, and ensure we deliver quality software within ambitious deadlines.
What you will do: • Be responsible for communication with stakeholders, requirements, and delivery timelines. • Manage team resources, forecast needs, and eliminate bottlenecks. • Mentor, conduct regular 1:1s, and participate in performance reviews. • Oversee architectural solutions to ensure scalability and performance. • Participate in hiring to build a strong and balanced team.
What we expect from you:
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams.

• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Deep knowledge of Linux, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience in software architecture design.
• English: fluent (for working in an international environment).
Will be a plus: Experience with C++, HFT/low-latency systems, network protocols, and CI/CD.
