About the guys:
- fintech company, leaders of the crypto market from Georgia with a VASP license and their own banking integration;
- have already built the IT infrastructure and opened branches in Tbilisi, Rustavi, Batumi, and Tbilisi airport;
- have grown exponentially in recent years, the company is profitable and ready for scaling;
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy, take full responsibility for marketing;
- Build and develop a marketing team, set goals, and be responsible for the results;
- Lead digital and key acquisition channels: performance, content, social media, CRM;
- Develop brand positioning, communication, and company recognition;
- Analyze metrics, test hypotheses, optimize the budget, and search for new growth channels;
- Actively use AI for analytics, content, and automation;
- Work closely with the CEO, Product, and other teams.
What's important in a candidate:
- 5+ years in marketing, including team management experience;
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to independently bring tasks to completion;
- Understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition;
- Confident work with numbers, analytics, and marketing metrics;
- Practical experience using AI in work;
- Creativity, interest in new technologies, strong leadership and communication skills;
- English and Russian languages.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in digital / fintech / crypto / tech.
