We, the LoanPricing team, price loans at fair value so that the Bank correctly assesses risks and forms reserves.
We use C# and dotnet core, PostgreSQL, Kafka, OpenShift, Istio.
Our system includes:
- pricing engine (fair value assessment of financial instruments)
- analytical data warehouse (PostgreSQL analogue)
- user interface (React)
- integration wrapper with internal bank services
Responsibilities
- jointly with the Product Owner, be responsible for the results, participate in task estimation, and control the quality and deadlines of completed developments
- develop products and infrastructure on the .NET Core platform, including in a cloud environment, as a Senior Developer (up to 50% of the time): code reviews, complex sections, prototypes of architectural solutions
- automate deployment and monitoring processes in the cloud: OpenShift, Istio, Kafka
- update the project's solution architecture: decompose modules, eliminate legacy code, improve fault tolerance
- form the strategic technological development of the system
- interact with other roles (testers, analysts, architects, and managers) inside and outside the team
- develop the technical skills of team members, interview and mentor newcomers.
Requirements
- Team Lead experience of 3+ years in industrial development on C# / .NET
- skills in managing the delivery process: planning, prioritization, execution control
- knowledge of how to build microservices, how to orchestrate services in cloud environments,
- experience in refactoring and stabilizing complex systems
- experience in automating infrastructure to ensure everything runs smoothly in the cloud (K8s)
- desire to delve into financial mathematics.
Will be a plus:
- experience with generative AI models, experience creating AI agents and using them in work
- experience in designing or supporting financial / pricing / risk systems
- knowledge of IFRS 9, fair value / amortized cost models
- experience with highly reliable systems (financial sector, telecom)
- experience managing a distributed team.
