We are now looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, behavioral data analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Design UX: user flows, CJM, information architecture, and interface requirements
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups considering responsiveness
- Develop the design system: components, tokens, states, specifications for development
- Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iteratively improve the experience
- Collaborate with PMs, analysts, and developers; present solutions backed by data
- Oversee interface accessibility and implementation accuracy against mockups
Required Skills:
- Figma โ prototyping, components, auto-layout, variables
- Design Systems

- UX Research โ interviews, usability tests, JTBD, CJM, user journey, personas
- Information Architecture โ navigation, structure, user flows
- Competitive analysis and UX benchmarking

- Accessibility โ WCAG, contrast, focus, keyboard navigation
- Preparing specifications for development โ handoff, behavior description, edge cases
