Job Description:
Brightika is a mobile game publisher company, and we are now looking for an Ad Monetization Manager!
Responsibilities:
- Managing AppLovin MAX ad mediation: waterfalls, in-app bidding, eCPM floors, frequency caps
- Conducting and analyzing A/B tests
- Working with rewarded, interstitial, banners, MREC formats
- Integrating and scaling ad networks, evaluating incremental revenue
- Interacting with ad networks and account managers, obtaining special conditions and access to beta features
- Controlling ad quality: blocklists, sensitive categories, brand safety, handling user complaints
- Collaborating with Product and UA teams: balancing Ads vs. IAP, evaluating the impact of ads on retention and paying conversion
- Analyzing ad monetization metrics: ARPDAU, eCPM, Fill/Match Rate, IMP/DAU, AdLTV, AdARPU by cohorts, GEO, devices, and versions
- Automating ad management
- Full experiment cycle: hypothesis - test design - launch - analysis - scaling
- Supporting releases: updating SDK and adapters, technical integration of ad networks
- Monitoring ATT, COPPA, GDPR requirements
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in mobile F2P game ad monetization
- Practical experience with AppLovin MAX
- Understanding of waterfall and bidding in practice
- Confident proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in negotiations with ad networks and account managers
- Understanding the impact of Ads on retention, paying conversion, and IAP
- English language for correspondence and calls with partners (B2 level or higher)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with offerwall
- BI skills
- Basic SQL knowledge
