Cosmos Lab is a Russian startup creating its own hardware and software products: from initial prototypes to finished devices. We work at the intersection of modern technologies, education, and art.

Currently, our portfolio includes two products: — «Kaspersky» — an AI robot for children's education; — «Sveta» — a light and sound panel for the home.

We are looking for a developer to join our team and grow with us. You don't need to know everything already — a good technical foundation, independence, and a desire to delve into new tasks are more important.

What you will be doing — writing backend primarily in Python; — creating and improving web interfaces; — integrating neural networks, speech recognition, and synthesis; — connecting the backend to real devices; — testing ideas and turning prototypes into stable products.

What is important to us — basic understanding of programming principles; — knowledge of Python and JavaScript basics; — understanding of API, server, and client interaction; — interest in neural networks and modern AI tools; — ability to independently find solutions and bring tasks to completion; — basic skills with Git, Linux, and Docker.

Experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, WebSocket, Android, Raspberry Pi, or ESP32 will be a plus, but is not mandatory.

Format: The work involves being present in our office in Saint Petersburg. We are located in the city center, near the Gorkovskaya metro station. This is a paid position; employment and schedule are discussed individually; the remuneration level depends on skills, experience, and employment volume.
