🔆Position - Corp. Architect. Expert 🔶Company - Art-Fintech ⌨️Candidate Requirements:

• Russian Federation citizenship. Location Moscow
• Confirmed experience of architectural support for the carve-out of the IT landscape of one business unit from the overall landscape of the group of companies
• Experience in designing architecture in the financial industry: exchange infrastructure, trading systems, clearing, brokerage or exchange software
• Experience in building enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM/SSO) systems architecture
• Experience in designing MDM solutions (counterparty/client master data) and electronic document management systems
• Proficiency in Enterprise/Solution Architecture approaches (TOGAF or equivalent), microservice architecture, event-driven integrations, domain-driven design (DDD)
• Knowledge of identification protocols and solutions (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, Keycloak or equivalents)
• Experience in designing integrations: REST/gRPC API, asynchronous message buses (Kafka/RabbitMQ or equivalents)
• Experience working with high-availability infrastructure: Kubernetes, containerization, fault-tolerant configurations

✅Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of the program's target architecture — from client interfaces and identification to clearing and trading systems
• Architectural supervision of teams and contractors working on individual systems
• Management of architectural risks and dependencies between architecture levels
• Design of a phased migration plan without interrupting trading and customer service
• Interaction with architects and system owners of the parent group during the separation of dependencies
• Formation and defense of architectural solutions (Architecture Decision Records) before IT management and stakeholders
• Formulation of architectural and non-functional requirements (NFR) for development teams and contractors
• Coordination of several parallel teams and contractors, ensuring consistency of their solutions.
