You are a good fit if you have experience:
- In Backend development for at least five years with Java, Python, or Go.
- In a tech lead or architect role for at least two years.
- Designing SSO systems for external users.
- Working with authentication and authorization processes: OAuth, OIDC, SAML.
- Implementing MFA scenarios: SMS, Push, OTP, biometrics.
- Designing high-load distributed systems.
- Code reviews.
- Resolving production incidents.
- Working with regulatory requirements and information security.

- Developers are not just coders, but engineers. They not only write code but also think about the business, features, infrastructure, and stack. Infrastructure specialists help, but don't do everything for the developers.
- Any engineer can come up with and lead their own project. You don't need to change your grade for this — the main thing is to prove its business value.
