About the vacancy
We are looking for a Product Manager (AI) for the Core team — a team that builds internal services for all Kolesa Group products: authorization, payments, file storage, security, A/B testing, IVR robots, and much more.
We are looking for a PM who will take on the AI direction from scratch: figure out where automation will provide a real effect, and build implementation processes at the company-wide level.
Your responsibilities will include
- Conduct an audit of company processes (development, analytics, sales, etc.) and identify areas where AI implementation will provide a real effect;
- Initiate and launch AI solutions into internal processes — from hypothesis to results;
- Establish standards for working with AI within the company: criteria for selecting tools, success metrics, evaluation processes;
- Independently form and prioritize the quarterly roadmap for the direction within the strategy;
- Defend the KPIs for the direction and be responsible for improving indicators.
We expect from you
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager;
- Understanding of AI tools and practical interest in their implementation;
- Ability to independently make product decisions based on data;
- Experience working with a backlog: formation, prioritization, planning (quarterly, yearly);
- Proficiency in project management tools: DOR, DOD, ИСР, checklists, meetings;
- Ability to explain "why we are doing this" through product goals and connection with metrics;
- Ability to autonomously test hypotheses (quantitative and qualitative research).
