Digital Marketer / SMM Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Intern for the Martspec HealthTech Ecosystem

🔥 Martspec is an ecosystem of digital products in the health, nutrition, and fitness sphere. We create applications and services that help users track vitamins and supplements, monitor their nutrition, analyze habits, form a healthy lifestyle, and make more informed decisions based on data.

Our goal is to make personal health tracking simple, understandable, and truly useful. In marketing, we adhere to the same principle: we don't create content for content's sake, but rather materials that educate, inspire, and show how technology simplifies self-care.

Who we are looking for We need a proactive idea generator who is ready to take initiative. If your work style is to quietly and sluggishly wait for clear instructions, we definitely won't work well together. For the perfect execution of instructions and passive waiting for tasks, there's AI — it handles that flawlessly. From a person, we need a sharp mind, the ability to find growth points, propose solutions, and drive processes independently.

What products you will work with You will develop the brand's social media presence across several directions of the Martspec ecosystem:

• Vitamin App — tracking vitamins and dietary supplements;
• Figure App — tracking body metrics with detailed statistics (calculation of biological age, body shape, body somatotype, BMI, body fat and muscle percentage, energy levels, and more);
• Emotion App — the fastest psychological health test, where in less than a minute a person can discover their main psychological triggers (based on Lüscher's color theory);
• Apple Watch Apps — a series of specialized services for tracking specific nutrients (Iron, Magnesium, Protein, Calcium, etc.).

You will not just talk about the app's functionality, but look for ways to show users its real value through stories, visual content, and clear explanations.

🔹 What you will do:

• develop the brand's social media and increase audience engagement;
• brainstorm and create content: texts, formats, storytelling — everything that grabs and holds attention;
• track brand mentions, analyze competitors and market trends;
• work on attracting target traffic and leads;
• constantly test new approaches and formats, evaluating campaign effectiveness and ROI.

This is a starting position with no fixed salary, focused on gaining practical experience, building a portfolio with real case studies, and rapid professional growth to Marketing Lead with the formation of your own team.

🧰 Test Task (mandatory)

We want to see how you create attention-grabbing content. Task: create a short post in English on the topic of health or vitamins. The post should include:

1. a catchy headline;
2. main text;
3. an image.

The text should natively mention our Vitamin app and include a link. Adaptation: prepare versions of the post for Pinterest and Reddit (in three different formats).
