- Russian Federation citizenship. Location Moscow
❗️Our team is looking for a high-level specialist who will boost our software development processes with the mandatory use of modern technologies and AI.
- Location: Moscow city (mandatory!)
- Work format: Hybrid with mandatory office visits (3 office, 2 remote)
- Experience in AI-NATIVE format is mandatory with successful projects.
- Work at the intersection of business and the development team (combining business and system analyst roles)
- Ability to test is a huge plus
- High level of responsibility, self-organization, and proactivity
✅Responsibilities
- Business and system analysis
- Collect and analyze the needs of business and related teams (from design mockups, meetings with colleagues, website functionality, and their database structure)
- Analyze the functionality of similar solutions to adopt their useful features
- Create roadmaps for system development
- Translate needs into development tasks (determine which general-purpose functions need to be improved or developed)
- Decompose tasks into individual components and include them in sprints
- Assemble the sprint considering business and technical needs
- Conduct meetings to organize team work (daily stand-ups, planning and estimation, demos, retrospectives)
- Verify the result and be able to demonstrate it
- Using the current system functions, create a website for specific needs or provide detailed instructions on the necessary steps and capabilities
- Create and update user documentation and administrator documentation (wiki and training videos)
- Together with the architect

Full-time, 5/2.
💵Range up to 300k rubles net.
