Game Mathematician (iGaming / slots), remote
We are looking for a Game Mathematician for our iGaming team. This is a hands-on role with no people management: the person will be responsible for game mathematics, primarily slots.
What needs to be done:
🌸Develop and configure game mathematical models; 🌸Balance RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, max win; 🌸Create simulations and prototypes; 🌸Prepare math docs / PAR sheets / probability tables; 🌸Interact with dev and QA during implementation.
What is important:
💦Experience as a Game Mathematician in iGaming; 💦Experience specifically with slots is mandatory; 💦Russian language is mandatory; 💦English is B1 level or higher, working proficiency is sufficient; 💦No need to write production-ready code, scripting / prototyping is enough.
