Tech Lead / Head of Development (AI Focus)

📍 Paphos, Cyprus 🏢 Office-based, 5/2 schedule ✈️ Relocation support provided 💰 €4,500–6,000 net

A FinTech company is seeking a strong technical leader to develop its proprietary CRM platform and integrate AI solutions into the product and company's business processes.

The CRM is already in production, with the MVP successfully launched. The next stage of product development involves the active use of AI and process automation.

Responsibilities: • Manage a development and analytics team (7 people) • Develop and scale the CRM platform • Design architecture and make technical decisions • Assign tasks and monitor their completion • Liaise with the CEO and business team • Research, evaluate, and implement AI solutions • Automate processes and improve product efficiency

Requirements: • Team management experience of 5+ people • Experience developing CRM systems or complex B2B products with a large volume of structured data • Solid knowledge of Python • Practical experience implementing AI solutions or working with modern AI tools • Experience designing complex system architectures • English language proficiency from B2 level • Ability to make independent decisions and lead projects

Will be an advantage: • Experience in FinTech • Experience building scoring or analytical systems • Experience with high-load services • Involvement in launching products from scratch
