Who we are looking for: A TPM who will build the perfect job search and matching engine. So that users see only those vacancies where they have a real chance to get an offer.

In one year:

• We will achieve 80% coverage of NASDAQ-100
• We will double the relevance of matching (approval rate)
• We will increase the application → offer conversion rate by 50%

Your profile: — 3+ years in product + experience in Data Science / analytics — ML/LLM — your own experience: RAG, evals, agents, drift monitoring — You know how to test hypotheses quickly, even with little data and zero infrastructure — Your first reaction to a problem: "Let's do it," not "We need to think" — Familiarity with HRtech (matching, resumes, funnel) — English C1
