About the Role

We are looking for a Product-Oriented AI Builder who combines strong product thinking with hands-on engineering execution. This is not a traditional Product Manager role, and it is not a pure Software Engineer role. You will own AI-powered products and features end-to-end—from customer discovery and product strategy to technical implementation, production release, and continuous iteration. A significant part of this role involves building and validating solutions yourself using modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot. We expect you to understand the code AI generates, review it critically, validate architectural decisions, and ensure that every solution is scalable, maintainable, and production-ready. If you enjoy solving business problems but also want to stay close to engineering and AI, this role is for you.

We are a distributed team - you can work from any place in the world, except RF and RB, ensuring silence, good internet connection, availability and proper environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business goals into clear product and technical requirements.
• Define MVP scope, validate hypotheses, and prioritize work based on business impact rather than feature requests.
