Chief Product Officer

📍Location: Cyprus, Limassol (hybrid) 🕒 Employment: full-time

We are an international payment company with over 20 years in the market, providing more than 80 payment methods and working with low-, mid-, and high-risk merchants. We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead the development of the company's entire product portfolio.

Responsibilities: • Formulate and implement the company's product strategy • Develop platform products: Wallet, P2P, Crypto, Processing, and payment infrastructure • Manage the full product lifecycle and product teams • Make decisions on launching new products and entering new markets • Develop R&D, launch MVPs, and test product hypotheses

Requirements: • CPO / Head of Product experience in FinTech, Payments, or PSP • Deep expertise in payments (Cards, Wallets, P2P, Crypto) • Experience managing a multi-product organization and international teams • Understanding of unit economics and working with banks, PSPs, and payment systems • Experience launching new products and entering new markets • Experience working with the Russian and CIS markets • English – B2+
