Title: Business Analyst Company: Tutu Location: Moscow Experience: From 3 to 6 years
Hi! We are the Tutu team. For over 20 years, we have been inspiring new trips, helping to easily plan journeys and book everything you need — from tickets to hotels.
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the AI Support team. The team develops AI tools for automating the contact center: prompts for operators, LLM bots for chats and emails, future AI agents, and other solutions based on large language models.
In this role, it will be important not just to gather requirements, but to understand how an AI tool should behave in a real customer scenario: what it can answer on its own, when it should involve an operator, what rules it should follow, and how to determine if the solution is truly helping the customer and the support team.
— Develop and describe the behavior rules for AI assistants, bots, and other LLM-based tools
— Analyze the performance of AI products and identify growth opportunities
— Research the market and best practices in AI support, find ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of our AI assistants and bots
— Collaborate with the product owner to analyze the backlog and help define priority tasks
— Interact with other Tutu teams on cross-product tasks
— Collect, process, and document requirements from internal customers
— Translate business tasks into clear requirements for development, analytics, testing, and AI trainers
— Create and maintain up-to-date product documentation
— Participate in solution discussions, helping the team find a balance between customer benefit, response quality, and technological capabilities
— At least 2 years of experience in business analysis
— Experience in collecting, processing, and describing requirements for IT products
— Experience in generating and verifying product hypotheses
— Communication skills with customers, developers, analysts, and other team members
— Experience working with AI tools, such as Codex, Claude, or similar services
— Understanding of the principles of LLMs and LLM-based products
— Ability to structure complex information and transform it into understandable requirements, rules, diagrams, and documentation
— Willingness to delve into customer scenarios and ask many clarifying questions
— Independence, attention to detail, and ability to negotiate with different teams
— Experience working on LLM-based products: chatbots, RAG systems, or AI assistants
— Experience in system analysis
— Experience working with chatbots or LLM tools: GPT, Claude, and others
— Understanding of user support processes
— Experience in developing and implementing new processes within a team
— Knowledge of SQL basics and analytical tools
The team is cross-functional. It includes a product owner, a Python developer, a system analyst, two AI trainers, and a QA engineer who works with two teams simultaneously.
We work in two-week sprints. We conduct planning, PBR, demos, and retrospectives.
We use OKRs for goal synchronization.
We value proactivity, independence, and the willingness to take responsibility for the quality of solution development.
We work 5/2.
You can choose a convenient format: a permanent desk in the office, a hybrid schedule, or full remote.
— HR interview. We will discuss the vacancy details, your experience, and salary expectations. Up to 30 minutes.
— Technical interview. We will talk about your experience, business analysis skills, work with requirements, and understanding of AI products. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about the team and tasks. About 1.5 hours.
— Final interview. You will meet the manager and can discuss processes, expectations, and specifics of working in the team in more detail. Up to 1 hour.
— Offer!
