Fullstack Software Engineer

We strive to maintain a startup approach: we don't have a large number of meetings and approvals. Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer at the Middle+/Senior level with at least 4 years of commercial experience.

We value an engineering approach. We appreciate the ability to identify and solve problems, not just write code. We are looking for someone ready to take tasks to completion end-to-end. For us, the ability to design solutions considering reliability, security, maintainability, and future system growth is important.

As the company grows, this role can evolve into a CTO position. You can be involved not only in development but also in building engineering processes from scratch. We offer freedom in making technical and business decisions. You will have the opportunity to launch completely different applications from scratch, including those related to AI.

One of the upcoming key tasks for this role is participating in the launch of the MVP web version of a new product.

Current Stack

• Backend: NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Firebase
• Frontend: React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui
• Infra: Docker, Redis, BullMQ, OpenSearch

What you will be doing:

• Developing the web versions of our products
• Developing and evolving the backend for mobile products
• Participating in the development of new applications from scratch — solving architectural issues, choosing technologies
• Setting up CI/CD and deploying projects independently
• Taking on some DevOps tasks as needed
• Integrating AI models via API and self-hosted solutions
• Ensuring the quality of your changes: from edge cases to basic checks before release
• Searching for and proposing technical solutions — not just implementing tasks by instruction
• Quickly learning unfamiliar technologies and, if necessary, contributing to related tasks (including those outside the main stack)

What we expect

• You have strong experience with Node.js and React.js
• You can independently take on a task and bring it to completion
• You have experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• You have experience integrating payment solutions on the web
• You can quickly learn new technologies and are comfortable in unfamiliar contexts
• You can create high-quality and maintainable solutions
• You use AI tools in development (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) and are open to new approaches
