BSB Bank is looking for Manual QA (Middle / Senior)
📍 Location: Minsk
We are looking for a QA engineer who can independently set up feature or release testing: understand requirements, assess risks, build regression tests, and know when it's too early to go to production.
Responsibilities:
- functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing;
- preparation of test documentation and regression tests for releases;
- analysis of requirements and quality risks at the discovery stage;
- working with API (REST), logs, databases, and dev / staging / prod environments;
- defect management: from creation and prioritization to tracking fixes;
- forming DoD, acceptance criteria, and checklists together with the team;
- interaction with developers, analysts, designers, and product managers.
What's important:
- from 5 years of commercial testing experience;
- experience in testing web and mobile applications (iOS / Android);
- cross-browser and adaptive testing;
- Jira and TestRail, Zephyr or similar;
- Postman / Swagger, basic SQL;
- Charles or Fiddler, DevTools;
- ability to independently plan testing and be responsible for its results.
Will be a plus: autotests, CI/CD, load testing, experience in fintech, OWASP at a checklist level.
